liked this goofy, energetic show. But it owes more to Evil Dead: The Musical than La Cage Aux Folles and would be more accurately, though admittedly less flashily, titled Fanboy Lesbian Scooby-Doo Bride of Frankenstein. And if that seems like fun to you, you're in for a treat.”

Billy Butler and the Monster Makers return to Joe's Pub for another concert of their pop/rock musical hit, Gay Bride of Frankenstein. Hailed as the Rocky Horror for a new generation it has had regional success as well as a run at NYMF in 2009. This new concert version will feature past members of the cast as well as the creators, Dane Leeman narrating and Billy Butler on vocals and at the piano.
